Bhagat Singh was born on 27 September 1960 in Banga, Lyallpur district, now in Pakistan. His father's name is Sardar Kishan Singh Sindhu and mother's name is Mrs. Vidyavati. These were 10 brothers and sisters. Bhagat Singh's name is mentioned in the list of immortal martyrs. His native village is Khatkar Kalan in Punjab.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh is one of the great freedom fighters of India who gave us the strength to die for our country and showed us what patriotism is all about. Bhagat Singh was born in a Sikh family. At the time of Bhagat Singh's birth, his father Sardar Kishan Singh was in jail. His uncle Mr. Ajit Singh Ji was a freedom fighter and he also founded the Bharatiya Deshbhakti Sangh.

Bhagat Singh attended the Dayanand Anglo-Ved High School, then dropped his bachelor's degree at a national university and joined the non-cooperation movement organized by Mahatma Gandhi in 1920. Gandhi boycotted foreign goods. When Bhagat Singh was fourteen years old, he burnt his public school books and clothes.

In 1926, Bhagat Singh was appointed secretary of the Naujawan Bharat Sabha and in 1928 joined the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association, founded by Chandrashekhar Azad, which united the entire party and came to India on October 30, 1928.

He was against the Simon Commission, Lala Lajpat Rai was in his favor. They kept shouting "Simon, come back." This move resulted in him receiving a lathi-charge. Lala Lajpat Rai was badly injured and died. The death of Lajpat Rai intensified the freedom movement in the country. Bhagat Singh and his group were deeply shocked by the death of Lala Lajpat Rai. He decided to take revenge from the British and then planned to kill the British. They intended to kill English policeman Scott, but mistakenly killed Deputy Policeman Saunders. Because of this Bhagat Singh went to Lahore to save himself.

To catch Bhagat Singh, the British police laid traps at different places. Because of this Bhagat Singh cut his beard and hair to save himself so that no one could recognize him. It is said that this does not suit the society, but Bhagat Singh could not see anything other than his patriotism. Apart from intimidation, Chandrashekhar, Dev Rajdev and Sukhdev also met and decided to do a big blast. On April 8, 1929, Bhagat Singh along with fellow revolutionary Batukeshwar Dutt exploded a bomb in a meeting of the British government. The bomb only made noise and was thrown into an empty space so that no one was hurt. Slogans raised again and again: Long live the revolution.

Bhagat Singh wanted to show the British and the Indians what an Indian was capable of. Bhagat Singh always called himself one, and in front of his patriotism he proved himself a revolutionary and died. No, they were tried apart from Amar Shaheed Bhagat Singh Rajguru Sukhdev, they were sentenced to death, but all three kept shouting "Inquilab Zindabad" in the court. Bhagat Singh was not treated like other Indians, he suffered many tortures in jail. he had to endure.

He was hanged on March 24, 1931. However, people started protesting for his release. Because of this, the British government began to fear that if Bhagat Singh was released, he would not be able to leave the government alive, so on the afternoon of March 23, 1931, Bhagat Singh and his associates Sukhdev and Rajgur were executed. Hanged on March 23, 1931. Before leaving he had read Lenin's biography.

As a last wish, he asked for time to read the complete biography of Lenin. When he told the prison guards that the time had come to hang him, they told them to wait until the revolutionaries saw another revolutionary. A minute later he threw the book on the ceiling and said, "Okay, let's go."

As soon as they climbed the gallows, all the three revolutionaries jumped with joy.
